Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ship FedEx Ground within the continental US. No PO Boxes.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your order status is Delivered, please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as Delivered before they’re dropped off. If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team and we will attempt to locate your package. As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.

Please note our drinks ship out of Denver, Colorado via FedEx. Depending on the items in your order, you may receive multiple tracking numbers in regards to what you ordered, but you are always provided the master tracking number. RMSC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages at the hands of FedEx.
